From 1952 to 1954 a series of articles appeared under the name Man Will Conquer Space Soon! , which was about future manned space travel . The articles came from a panel of experts, notably Wernher von Braun , Fred L. Whipple , Joseph Kaplan , Heinz Haber and Willy Ley , while Oscar Schachter discussed legal issues related to spaceflight.
