Maghrébin de l'Electricité Committee

The Comité Maghrébin de l'Electricité ( COMELEC ; German Electricity Committee of the Maghreb ) is a supranational committee that was founded by the Union of the Arab Maghreb and is intended to coordinate energy policy and liberalization efforts, particularly with regard to the transmission networks of the member states. It corresponds roughly to the European UCTE , now ENTSO-E .
