Conner Technologies was founded in 1998 by Finis Conner , who previously co-founded Seagate Technology and founded Conner Peripherals . However, Conner Technologies has no direct reference to Conner Peripherals. Conner Technologies' goal was to develop and sell hard drives that were as inexpensive as possible.
In 2001, Conner Technologies was acquired by ExcelStor Technology and has been the company's development center ever since.
