Conrad Neipperg

Conrad Neipperg (* in Heilbronn ; † ibid; also called von Nyperger or von Neipperg ) was mayor of the imperial city of Heilbronn in 1416 .

Family history

The Neipperger are connected with the Heilbronn family of the Feurer. The first of the Neipperg family was Konz Neipperg, citizen of Heilbronn in 1379. Konz Neipperg is also called Konz Neipperg the Elder in the following years (1380–86). In the year 1395, Hans Fürer called Neipperg appears in the Heilbronn patriciate, who is probably identical to the also named Hans Neipperg the Elder. The patrician family had a different coat of arms than the Lords of Neipperg , so that there is probably no relationship.

Live and act

Conrad von Neipperg was also called Cuntz Feurer (called von Neipperg) and worked as a judge in Heilbronn in 1404 and 1419. In 1416 a mayor of Neipperg is named in Heilbronn. Wernher von Crailsheim complains that he had asked the city council to take the inheritance to which he was entitled in Heilbronn for safekeeping. Nevertheless, the city council allowed the citizen of Lamparter to own and use his inheritance. The city and the mayor of Nyperger do not want to pay damages or compensation for use and want Wernher's complaint to be dismissed. In 1419 von Neipperg also became Junker Konrat Neipperg.
