Corpus Constitutionum Regio-Holsaticarum
The Corpus Constitutionum Regio-Holsaticarum (abbreviated CCHolsat. , Corp. Const. Holsat. Or Corp. Const. R. Holsat. ) Is a multi-volume collection of general legal acts and individual legal acts published in Altona in 1757 by Friedrich Detlef Carl von Cronhelm the county or the duchy of Holstein .
The individual volumes are subdivided into parts and departments in which several legal acts are summarized.
- Vol. 1 Containing the general decrees and ordinances extending to the whole of the Duchy of Holstein, royal shares, and the rest of the country, or nevertheless to a considerable part thereof
- Bd. 2 Containing the for the Köngl. Holstein. Aemter Steinburg, Segeberg and Rendsburg, then the region of Süder-Dithmarschen, the dominion of Pinneberg and the county of Rantzau in specific ordinances and orders
- Bd. 3 Containing the for the royal. Holstein cities and spots provided with guild justice in special ordinances and orders
- Vol. 4 Corpus Statutorum Provincialium Holsatiae, or New Edition of the Schleswig-Holstein Church and Land Court Regulations, the Schauenburg Court Court Regulations, the Dithmarian Land and Lübish City Law; together with a historical report on the old and new laws and courts in Holstein, especially on the statutes introduced there
