Corteolona is a place and a former municipality in the province of Pavia in the Italian region of Lombardy .

On January 1st, 2016, Corteolona merged with Genzone to form the new municipality of Corteolona e Genzone . In 2013 the municipality had 2223 inhabitants on an area of ​​10 km².
