Cyberchondria
Cyberchondria , a phrase from cyber and hypochondria , also known as Google's disease , describes a pathological condition in humans in which hypochondriac tendencies are triggered or reinforced by information from the Internet . More or less accurate medical information from the Internet, for example via disease portals, can stir up existing fears of disease to such an extent that it leads to manifest hypochondria, which leads to physical and psychological symptoms.
