The Cybiko is an electronic organizer that was launched in 1998 and is designed for young people with a built-in wireless text messaging system. 450 freeware games and applications are officially published.

Because of the text messages, the device is equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard , which can be operated with the included stylus due to the small size of the keys . An MP3 player and a card reader for SmartMedia cards are optionally available. The manufacturer stopped production in 2003 after two models, but there are still a crowd of users and programmers. Some of the Cybiko innovations, such as the wireless networked chat system, were adopted for the OLPC ( One laptop per child ) project .

By default, Cybikos can communicate with each other at a distance of up to 300 meters. An increase of up to 450 meters is possible using the UI Power freeware program .
