DOVETT diode

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The DOVETT diode ( English : double velocity transit-time diode ) is a high frequency - semiconductor - component of the microelectronics , which as a diode is one of the electronic components. A related component is the BARITT diode . The only difference is that the speed of the charge carriers near the injection contact is significantly lower than at the collector contact.
