DaVinci Resolve is video editing and color correction software from Blackmagic Design . DaVinci Resolve was first published in 2004 as color correction software by da Vinci Systems. In 2009 the software was taken over by the Australian company Blackmagic Design and further developed. The software is available free of charge as a limited version. The chargeable unlimited version has been expanded to include functions such as HDR color grading and company's own plug-ins .
