Dag Moskopp

Dag Moskopp (* 1956 ) is a neurobiologist and physician specializing in neurosurgery , he is the chief physician of the neurosurgery clinic at the Vivantes clinic in Friedrichshain in Berlin .

Live and act

Moskopp studied medicine and in 1989 became a specialist in neurosurgery with the European examination EANS. He has been performing pituitary operations since 1991 and was appointed professor of neurosurgery at the University of Münster in 2000 . Several stays followed to further specialize at university centers in Erlangen, Magdeburg, Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. Since 2007 he has been chief physician at the Clinic for Neurosurgery at Vivantes Clinic in Friedrichshain, Berlin.

  • Moskopp Academic Teacher of the Year at the University of Münster (1999, 2004)
  • In 1995, Moskopp received the CICERO speaker award for science, together with Heinz Riesenhuber (economy) and Alfred Grosser (culture)
