The Daile Theater ( Dailes teātris ) is a theater in the Latvian capital Riga .

Shortly after Latvia gained independence, on November 19, 1920, the theater's first performance took place. The building of the largest state theater in the country, designed by Marta Stana, Imants Jakobsons and Haralds Kanders, was completed in 1976. The main hall holds 1000 spectators.
