Dalca
Dalca is the traditional name for limited seaworthy, 4 to 8 m long boats that were used by pre-Columbian peoples on the Pacific coast of Chile , especially the Chono . This type of boat was used by them in the coastal area and offered space for 9 to 12 people. The characteristic feature of Dalcas was that they made three large, communicating with braids made of cowhide fibers and with various substances caulked , wooden planks were produced.
