Damovo provides information and telecommunications services and solutions to business customers worldwide and is part of Global Growth.

Damovo is accredited with all four UC vendors listed as leaders in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. The company has local offices in Europe and offers worldwide services in more than 150 countries.

Company history

The global systems integrator was founded in 2001 when Apax Partners took over the direct sales and service arm of Ericsson.

In January 2015 Damovo was acquired by Oakley Capital Private Equity II. Matthew Riley, Founder of Daisy Group, has been named Executive Chairman. Damovo UK was also acquired by Daisy as part of a separate deal.

In August 2015, Damovo announced the acquisition of the voice and unified communications business of the Center de Télécommunications et Téléinformatiques Luxembourgeois (CTTL) in Luxembourg.

In November 2016, Damovo continued its European growth strategy with the acquisition of Netfarmers GmbH - a Germany-based specialist for unified communications , data centers, networking and security.

In June 2017 Damovo strengthened its presence on the Swiss market with the acquisition of Voice & Data Network AG (Vodanet).

In July 2018 Damovo was acquired by the American investment fund Global Growth.

Products

The Damovo portfolio includes solutions in the areas of Unified Communications & Collaboration, Enterprise Networks, Contact Centers, Cloud Services, Global Services and Security.

The main technology partners are Avaya , Cisco , Microsoft and Mitel .
