Dana S. Eliott is a German writing duo. They became famous for their fictional box office hits of the "Taberna Libraria" series in the Droemer Knaur publishing group .

The authors Sandra Dageroth and Diana Kruhl from East Westphalia publish their fiction under the collective pseudonym Dana S. Eliott. They met in 1996 . Before the publication of “Taberna Libraria” by Droemer Knaur Verlag , they wrote books of Fantastik together for their own use.

Latin meaning of the heading

Taberna Libraria directly translated means “bookshop”. "Taberna" is a feminine, A-declension noun and is in the nominative singular; it means something like "the booth". "Libraria" is a noun in the neuter, O-declension and is in the nominative plural. The basic form is "librarium"; it means something like "the bookcases".

Silvana and Corrie reopen a bookstore in the small town of Woodmore, UK. What they do not know: in the basement there is a portal to a magical dimension. Many of Woodmore's residents come from this very dimension. And customers are also demanding literature from the magical dimension, which they have had to do without for years. The portal leads right into a magical bookstore to a friendly faun, who supplies Silvana's and Corrie's world with magical literature and in return receives books from their world. To make the work of Silvana and Corrie easier, they receive a parchment with all the magical books and where to find them. However, dark forces are also interested in magical parchment and there is a conflict between good and evil.
