Daniela Rath

Daniela Mareen Rath (born May 6, 1977 in Willich ) is a former German high jumper and all- rounder who works as a trainer.

She has been German champion several times in both indoor and outdoor high jump, reached fifth place at the 2004 indoor world championships in Budapest and won the European Cup in 2003 and 2004. In 2003 she achieved her best performance of 2.00 m, which made her one of the world's 50 best high jumpers.

In 1999 she had to take a three-year break due to an injury. She had been a member of Hamburger SV since the beginning of 2007 , but moved to ASC Düsseldorf for the 2009 season .

The former Leverkusen athlete became a trainer at LAC Quelle Fürth at the end of 2009 , succeeding Stanyslaus Olczik . In addition to her main activity as a fitness and personal trainer, the trained sports manager and mother of a daughter and a son initially focused on the next generation of athletics.

With a height of 1.78 m, her competition weight was 65 kg.
