Daniela & Dirk are a German music duo in the genre of popular hits . The duo consists of Daniela dé Santos (born April 11, 1967 ) and Dirk Schiefen

In 1996 they won the Grand Prix of Folk Music with the title Monte Cristallo . Dé Santos, a German with Spanish roots, played the pan flute and crooked the trumpet . Both musicians appeared together several times on popular television shows after their victory. Daniela Dé Santos was active as a soloist before and afterwards.
