Darío Pereira , full name Alfonso Darío Pereira D'Atri , (born February 25, 1996 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.76 meter tall midfielder Pereira played in youth football from 2009 to 2010 in the Septima División for Club Atlético Rentistas . He then went through the various youth teams via the Sexta División (2011), U-16 (2012), the Quinta División (2013) and the Cuarta División (2014 to 2015). From 2014, however, he was also a member of the squad of the first division team and from 2015 partly of the reserve (Formativas) in the Tercera División. He made his debut in the Primera División on September 2, 2015 in a 3-0 away win against Juventud , when he was substituted on by coach Valentin Villazán in the 89th minute for David Terans . Overall, he played in three first division games (no goal) in Apertura 2015. At the end of January 2016, he switched to the Segunda División at Club Atlético Progreso on loan . In the 2016 Clausura he played four league games (no goal) in the second-highest Uruguayan division. He then returned to Club Atlético Rentistas, now relegated to the second division, and played ten league games (one goal) in the 2016 season.
