The housekeeping
Hauswesen is a work on housekeeping by Maria Susanne Kübler from 1850. It was considered the standard work of its time. Among other things, it also contained a cookbook . It is aimed at women who have a larger household to take care of, up to and including keeping small animals and cultivating a kitchen garden. By 1912 it had 16 editions.
