The zeroth chapter is an album by the band Käptn Peng & Die Tentakel von Delphi . Käptn Peng ( Robert Gwisdek ) can be heard as the singer on the album. The members of Die Tentakel von Delphi also took part: Roberts brother Shaban (Johannes Gwisdek) as drummer and singer, Peter Bartz as percussionist, Moritz Bassmann on guitar and Boris Nielsen on bass.

Musikexpress describes the texts as "Dada texts, schizophrenia hymns and thought acrobatics". The band's variety, however, is "obsessed with details and manic-dynamic", and "in some moments [...] suitable for parties". The author gives it 5 out of 6 stars.
Commercial win
The zeroth chapter reached number 12 in the German and number 15 in the Austrian album charts.
