Continuous braking limiter
The continuous braking limiter (DBL) is a safety device in buses that is intended to prevent the vehicle from accelerating beyond a specified speed. It serves the safety of the occupants from excessive speed on slopes and is intended to prevent fines for the vehicle driver by using a retarder to prevent excessive or impermissible speeds on slopes in good time.
