Dean Harley Williams (born April 22, 1956 in Perth ) is a former Australian squash player .

Career

Dean Williams was a successful squash player from the late 1970s through the 1980s. In 1982 he was runner-up after being defeated in the final in Birmingham to the Pakistani defending champion Jahangir Khan with 9: 2, 6: 9, 9: 1 and 9: 1. With the Australian national team he took part in world championships in 1977 , 1983 and 1985 . In 1983 and 1985 he took third place with the team. He reached his highest place in the world rankings in March 1982 with seventh place. He ended his career in 1991.

Dean Williams is married with three children.
