Decadence is a Neofolk band from Athens founded in 1996 .

style

The group is made up of Elias Negrin and Eyphrosyne Papamihalopoulou, who both do the vocals, and Petros Sgardelis, who is responsible for the instruments. Decadence's music is kept minimalist and often consists only of spoken text and ambient music. The band is not without controversy in the scene, but also played at the Wave-Gotik-Treffen (WGT) in Leipzig .
