Dennis Edward Groh

Dennis Edward Groh (born September 8, 1939 in Chicago ) is an American Christian archaeologist .

Life

He earned a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University (1961), a BD from Garrett Theological Seminary (1965), and a Ph.D. at Northwestern University (1970). He taught as Professor of Christian History at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary (1968–1996) and Professor of Humanities and Archeology at Illinois Wesleyan University (1996–2006).
