The Ring was a Swiss monthly newspaper that was published in Lucerne from October 17, 1965 (No. 1/1965) to November 26, 1984 (No. 6/1984) and was the news organ of the National Ring of Independents .
The predecessors of the Ring were The Independent , which existed from 1946 to 1953, the Independent Weekly Paper , which existed from 1953 to 1954, and the Independent Weekly Paper of Lucerne , which appeared from 1955 to 1965.
