action

At the time when Hurricane was still alive, the most terrible natural disasters occurred. The wizard read in his magic book that the wicked witch Arachna is responsible. In order to punish her, he put her into a magical sleep lasting 5,000 years. Hurricane allowed the witch's servants, the dwarves, to care for her. When Arachna awoke from this sleep, she did not know what had happened while she was sleeping. She read this in the chronicles that the dwarves had kept for thousands of years.

So the witch found out about the division of the magic land between the sorceresses Willina , Stella , Gingema and Bastinda . Arachna read about Goodwin and the Emerald City and Goodwin's hot air balloon departure. She read about Prince Bofaros' attempt to overthrow his father, about the kingdom of the seven underground kings and about the end of rule. The witch learned that Urfin Juice had tried to usurp the rule and had failed. After Arachna finished studying the Chronicles, she decided to rule the magical land. For this purpose, the witch wanted to secure the help of Urfin and Ruf Bilan. She sent out dwarves to bring Urfin and his former first minister to her. The dwarfs went to the Blue Land and found that Urfin no longer lived there.

But what had happened to the fallen man? After Urfin lost power the second time, he realized that he was not happy even at the height of power. When he experienced the kindness and helpfulness of the Käuer on the way to his homeland, Urfin decided to leave his previous life behind and start a new life as a gardener at the feet of the mountains that span the world. A year later the dwarves found him here. They reported about Arachna and the order to bring Urfin to her. Once there, Urfin refused to serve the witch and prophesied that Arachna would die in her plan. The witch was more successful with Ruf Bilan . He had only awakened a few days earlier from the magical sleep he had been put into as punishment for his crimes. Together with Ruf Bilan, Arachna set out to put her project into practice. But in the land of the Marranas as well as in the land of the winkers, the chewers, the underground ore graves and the emerald city, the witch suffered defeats. As revenge, she conjured the yellow mist. This attacked the eyes and the airways. Furthermore, the temperature dropped so far that winter came to the land of eternal summer. In this situation, the emerald city's gatekeeper, Faramant , was sent to Kansas to seek help for the magical land.

Charlie Black , Ann , Tim O'Kelli and Arto flew with the dragon Oicho to the Emerald City to take up the fight against Arachna. To this end, Charlie came up with the idea of building a 30-meter-high metal giant. After the completion of the knight Tilli-Willi , the friends set out to kill the witch and remove the magic of the yellow mist from the magic land. They received help with this project from the mice that ate up Arachna's magic carpet and from the eagle Karfax . After a long and difficult fight, Tilli-Willi and Karfax managed to kill the witch. After Charlie Black recited the mantra and the yellow mist disappeared, Charlie burned the witch's spell book. From now on the dwarfs entered the service of the shoo. From now on, your chronicle about the magic land formed the basis of the library of the emerald city. After these adventures, Ann, Tim, Charlie and Arto flew back to Kansas on Oicho's back.
