Destruction Bay is a village on the Alaska Highway (mile 1083) in the territory of Yukon in Canada .

It is located on Kluane Lake and has 55 residents in an area of ​​13.56 km². The site was originally founded as a center for construction and maintenance on the Alaska Highway, which is still the main reason for its importance today.

The place got its name from a storm that destroyed buildings and building materials during construction. School and shops are in neighboring Burwash Landing .
