German University Online
The Deutsch-Uni Online , DUO for short, is an internet portal for learning German.
DUO was designed by the multimedia laboratory for German as a Foreign Language at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich for learners of German who want to learn the German language easily and effectively and who want to prepare online for a study visit to Germany. DUO enables language acquisition in all four skills and at the same time aims to impart technical and practical knowledge. In a special technical language course (“technical German”), for example, learners acquire technical language and specialist knowledge for selected disciplines. "Uni-deutsch TestDaFtraining" is a German course developed in cooperation with the TestDaF Institute that prepares students specifically for the TestDaF .
DUO is an offer from the Society for Academic Study Preparation and Test Development e. V. (guest), which also includes the TestDaF Institute. DUO is developed at the LMU and supported by the DAAD .
