The German Society for Child and Adolescent Medicine eV (DGKJ) is a scientific specialist society for child and adolescent medicine in Germany . She is a member of the Working Group of Scientific Medical Societies (AWMF).

The aim is to promote scientific and professional issues in pediatric and adolescent medicine and to provide optimal outpatient and inpatient medical care for children and adolescents in Germany.

The association was founded in 1883 under the name "Society for Pediatrics". The company is based in Berlin .
