The German consumer REIT AG is a listed German real estate company based in Potsdam . It owns around 90 properties exclusively in Germany with a book value of 419 million euros and an annual rent of around 35.5 million euros (as of the end of 2018).
The company was founded as Stafford Grundbesitz GmbH in October 2008. The object of the company is the acquisition and management of retail properties. In November 2014 the company was converted into a stock corporation called Deutsche Konsum Grundbesitz AG. The company has had REIT status since January 2016 . Since then it has been known as Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG.
The AG has been listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange since December 2015. The Deutsche Konsum REIT-AG share has been listed in the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse since March 2017.
