German arbitration for inheritance disputes

The German arbitration for inheritance disputes (DSE eV) was founded in 1998 on the initiative of the German Association for Inheritance Law and Asset Succession . under the leadership of the presiding judge at the regional court Stuttgart , Walter Krug, and notary director a. D. Dr. Heinrich Nieder, Bretten , founded.

The association offers offices, model clauses, arbitration rules and a list of arbitrators for inheritance disputes. The lack of a court of appeal in arbitration and the use of inheritance law specialists as arbitrators are intended to mitigate inheritance disputes in their economic effects and time burdens.

The association maintains offices in some district courts in all German federal states. The administration is located in Angelbachtal near Heidelberg.
