German sales company for Russian oil products

The German sales company for Russian oil products A.-G. (DEROP) was a German mineral oil company with its own chain of petrol stations in the early 1930s.

The company was founded on July 1, 1929 and sold mineral oil products from the Soviet Union at around 2,000 filling stations throughout Germany . In 1935 the Benzol Association (later “Aral”) took over the filling stations of Derop AG, which had previously supplied it with Russian gasoline.
