Diamond of Istanbul is the name of a skyscraper under construction on Büyükdere-Allee in the Maslak district of the Turkish metropolis of Istanbul . When completed, the skyscraper will be the tallest skyscraper in Turkey and the tallest building in the Mediterranean with a height of 280 meters .
