Didier Noyé
Didier Noyé (* in the 20th century) is a non-fiction author .
Noyé deals with training management and the development of adult education learning programs. He works as a consultant for the Bernard Julhiet Group, a company specializing in human resources and management . Since 1987 he has been responsible for methods at the Institut national du sport, de l'expertise et de la performance (acronym: INSEP ; a grand établissement based in Paris); he is a director at INSEP consulting as a specialist in competence management . He advises personnel consultancies for companies.
He has published books on management with Insep Consulting Edition . His book BASIC du Manager is regarded as a standard work in competence management; his Guide pratique du formateur , published together with Jacques Piveteau , is considered the standard work for adult education in the French-speaking world.
