Jacques Piveteau

Didier-Jacques Piveteau or Frère Didier (* 1924 ; † 1986 ) was a Catholic non-fiction author .

Act

Piveteau was the brother of the Christian schools . In the 1960s and 1970s he campaigned for reforms in religious education ( enseignement du catéchisme ): group work , individual research ( travail personnel de recherche ), the Pédagogie différenciée and the renewal of catechist training ( formation des animateurs en catéchèse ). His school reform ideas covered both teaching programs and teaching methods and aimed to create a more informal relationship between teachers and learners. Influenced by Ivan Illich , he became a pioneer of alternative curricula to counteract the schooling of society by replacing the school system with a new framework. From 1973 he worked as a designer in companies and contributed to the introduction of management situationnel and management par objectifs in France . He "management styles that arouse the sense of responsibility" developed ( styles de management responsabilisants ) and helped squad , the relationship with their employees a fair ( plus justes ) and more efficient ( plus efficaces to make).
