The Adventures of the Desert Mouse (Original title: Little Mouse on the Prairie) is an American - Chinese animated series from 1997 .

The mouse family Dee lives with their daughter Tweezle in a fairytale village in the middle of the prairie . The family receives a visit from Tweezle's cousin Osgood. He is a typical city mouse and gets to know village life together with the family. Also there are the children Frog Jeremiah, Drake Flaps, the rabbit girl Blossom and the mouse Sweeny. The bad guys Kater BC and his buddy Cal cause trouble for the others.
Production and publication
Production took place in the United States in 1997 . One season and 26 episodes were created. An episode always contains two episodes. In Germany , the series was first broadcast on November 8, 1997 on RTL . Later broadcasts were also on RTL II .
