Three already in the series “ Off to the bed! “Gardening workers are hired to redesign outdoor facilities with the owners within a week. The choice of which of the applications to work on is made by Claus Scholz. The on-site implementation is proposed and coordinated by the trained landscape gardener Ralf Dammasch.

Creation of the series

In 2014, a family from the Hunsrück region contacted the team from the TV series “Ab ins Beet!” With the request that they would help to redesign a desolate meadow behind their house. The concept of creating a new garden for a family within seven days with their involvement and taking into account their wishes then went into series production.

Production and broadcast

The first episode (as a pilot ) was broadcast on June 8, 2014 on VOX. The transmission time is always on Sunday evenings at 7:15 p.m. The broadcasts achieve an average of over 5 percent market share for VOX. In total there are over 1 million viewers every time.
