Hedi Seibold is a single mother and takes care of the worries and needs of four adolescent sons. There is the eldest son Freddy, high school graduate Thomas, the seventeen-year-old man and the youngest, Paulchen. With increasing age, the sons are more and more interested in girls, which means that Hedi is also confronted with the love life of her sons. She receives support from Uncle Karl.
