content

Even as a child, the cow Gloria was plump than all other calves and grew thicker with increasing age. She walked like a trample and her speech sounded "like shouting into an empty rain barrel ".

But Gloria wanted to become an artist. The fox took the liberty of joking and told her she had a beautiful voice. So Gloria took singing lessons and gave a concert, but the other cows ran away to stop listening to the terrible singing.

But Gloria did not give up. She was taking dance lessons now. But her first performance ended with her crashing through the stage floor and falling off the stage. Everyone now thought that Gloria would definitely become a good dairy cow.

But Gloria didn't give up on her dreams and so she emigrated to the hippopotamus country, where she became a celebrated star. In the hippopotamus newspaper it was said about her first appearance:

The artist Gloria, a delicate, fragile person, gave a concert last night and danced to it. Never before has you been allowed to admire such a pure and clear voice, never before has you heard such beautiful singing. In addition, danced, or rather: the artist floated across the stage like an elf, and all of our hippopotamus girls in the hall were entranced by her lightness . "
