Official letter
A service letter is a letter of official content.
In the general public, the term “official letter”, which does not exist in official German, is used for a letter from an office. Numerous copies of old official letters are now in the Federal Archives (Germany) .
Types of service letters
- Edicts (orders, decisions and orders of a ministry),
- Dispositions (decisions or arrangements of the respective Ministry downstream locations (top or safety authorities) downstream of them sites)
- Letters (to recipients outside the respective business area of a department or to similar bodies, for example an interim notification ),
