Dieter Sarodnik

Dieter Sarodnik is a former German basketball player .

career

Sarodnik took part in the European Championship with the German national team in 1965 and achieved an average of 3.3 points in nine tournaments. He made his international debut in 1961. He gained further international experience at the student world championships in 1961 and 1965.

In 1966/67 he was with the Hanover Post Sports Club in the premier season of the newly founded basketball league  . Sarodnik was the best points collector in the Bundesliga in both 1966/67 and 1967/68. In the spring of 1968 he was relegated from the Bundesliga with Lower Saxony.
