Dietmar Zaefferer

Dietmar Zaefferer (born May 2, 1947 ) is a German linguist . Until his retirement in 2014, Zaefferer was Professor of Theoretical Linguistics at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He was best known for his work on sentence mode and his contributions to speech act theory .
