Dirk Dzimirsky (born April 22, 1969 in Rhede ) is a German artist of the hyperrealism style .

Work and life

Dirk Dzimirsky was already noticed as a child with his unusual passion for realistic art. His greatest interest in his drawings and paintings has always been human representation. After graduating from high school and self-discovery, art was only a side income for a long time before the autodidact decided to direct his art into professional paths and in 2005 became self-employed as a freelance artist.

His partly large-format pictures are characterized by an honest and uncompromising portrayal of the person as well as a sensitive and psychological observation of the person portrayed, which he reproduces with the most precise detailed description and the finest craftsmanship.

Dzimirsky's works are represented in exhibitions and exhibition participations at home and abroad (including New York and London), as well as in numerous collections worldwide. In addition, his works appear regularly in international publications.
