Dirty Vegas is a British house trio from London made up of Ben Harris , Paul Harris (the two are not related) and Steve Smith . The band is best known for their hit "Days Go By", for which they won a Grammy Award in 2003 .
Band history
The debut single "Days Go By" was released in 2001 and reached the top 30 in the UK single charts . It was re-released in 2002 and finally made it into the Top 20. In the United States, the single was known through a TV commercial for the Mitsubishi Eclipse . In 2003 the song won the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording .
The band released two albums in 2002 and 2004 before splitting in 2005. After the split, Steve Smith produced a solo album called This Town , which was released in February 2008. In 2008 the band got back together to produce new songs together. In April 2011 the third studio album Electric Love was finally released .
