DissOnline

DissOnline (Dissertations Online) was a DFG project that from 1998-2000 dealt with the digital production, archiving and retrieval of university publications.

Following the project, the German National Library (DNB), which has been collecting online university publications - especially doctoral theses - and other electronic publications since 1998 , set up the DissOnline coordination office, which was part of the DFG project “Development of a coordination office for online Hochschulschriften ”was funded. In 2012 DissOnline was fully integrated into the DNB offer.
