Doğuş Holding A.Ş. is a Turkish joint stock company with headquarters in Istanbul .

The company operates as a conglomerate in various industries. The company was founded in 1951 by Ayhan Şahenk. Doğuş Holding is managed by the Turkish entrepreneur Ferit Şahenk , who took over the management of the company in 2001 after the company's founder passed away.

In the early years the company was primarily involved in the construction sector with the construction of roads, hospitals and ports in Turkey. The company later expanded into other industries such as media, finance, tourism and real estate. In 1966 the subsidiaries Doğuş Construction and Trade and Antur Tourism were founded in Alanya (acquisition of Club Alantur ). The group has around 18,000 employees (as of 2010).

The Turkish company Garanti Bank is one of the subsidiaries .
