Document flat rate

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A flat-rate document fee is a flat-rate fee for the preparation of copies or copies of documents. The document fee is also charged for the provision of electronic data.

The collection of a document fee is regulated by law in § 26 GNotKG (Annex 1, Section 3.1) for courts and authorities. The lump sum for documents can, however, also be levied by a notary with regard to costs that accrue to him and, in accordance with the Lawyers' Fees Act, also by a lawyer for copies and transcripts made on behalf of his party.
