The Dolmen des Varennes of Cumeray 1 (also called Cumeray dolmen) is located northwest of the hamlet of Cumeray, southwest of Le Thoureil near Saumur in the Maine-et-Loire department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for Neolithic megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

The Dolmen Cumeray 1 (also called Pierres Cabrées) is located about a hundred meters southeast of the 3.5 m high menhir of the Varennes de Cumeray in the undergrowth. Dolmens 2 and 3 are nearby and only remnants have been preserved. The chamber was about 3.5 × 2.0 m in size and had an entrance to the east. The polygonal dolmen collapsed when the ceiling slabs broke and fell into the chamber, relocating bearing stones as well. A portico access is to be distinguished. Fragments of Roman bricks are a sign of the subsequent use of the facility.
