Domingos Monteiro

Domingos Monteiro (born November 6, 1903 in Barqueiros , Portugal , † August 17, 1980 in Lisbon ) was a Portuguese writer.

Monteiro was an early writer. He published his first volume of poems at the age of 15, and a second followed two years later. He studied law and then worked as a lawyer .

As a writer, in addition to volumes of poetry, he also wrote novels, short stories and sociological treatises.
