description
The two-storey gabled house in brick and bluestone with a stone half-timbered facade characteristic of Aachen under the Maas Renaissance influence was built in 1658 after the city fire of 1656 . The medieval cross-frame windows , which are framed with bluestone on the front , and the oculus above the door are characteristic. The cross floors of the windows and the floating gable with the gable storey were renewed in 1949/50, and the interior of the house was thoroughly expanded.
